We are looking for a District Vice President to join our Mayer team Remotely in NC/SC!
Summary:
The District Vice President is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive market growth and achieve district sales goals. This role involves overseeing operational procedures, directing sales policies and practices, and ensuring effective communication and coordination with the District. The District Vice President also conducts market research and competitor analyses to recommend sales strategies for improvement, implements distribution strategies, and manages multiple channel selling strategies. Additionally, this role involves building and managing a capable sales team, holding employees accountable to defined sales goals, and maintaining a safe working environment.
What You'll Do:
- Direct district sales strategy, market growth opportunities, process changes and improvements and operational procedures
- Be accountable for meeting or exceeding district sales and profit goals and overseeing/managing branch Profit and Loss (P&L) expectations
- Develop annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
- Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices
- Ensure communications are coordinated, support sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with the Marketing
- Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
- Implement approved distribution strategies
- Manage multiple channel selling strategies
- Build, develop, and manage sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives including team engagement and training
- Hold employees accountable to defined sales goals
- Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What You'll Need
- 8+ years of sales management experience
- Previous profit and loss responsibilities
- High School or GED - Required
- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to manage P&Ls
- Strong analytic and presentation skills including ability to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to drive business/sales
- Must have a successful sales track record
- Strong customer relations skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team
