Email Marketing Specialist I
Job Summary:
The Email Marketing Specialist I works the Trello queue for email and SMS campaigns . The Email Marketing Specialist I is responsible for the creation and launch of email campaigns on a day-to-day basis, using HTML and CSS development skills in concert with established templates requiring minor modifications. The Email Marketing Specialist I provides email and SMS reporting as needed and develops and maintains simple marketing automation programs.
Responsibilities:
- Builds and sends email and SMS messages as directed by marketing managers and specialists.
- Builds, modifies, and troubleshoots simple automation programs.
- Maintains the email platform; submits help tickets and resolves platform issues as needed.
- Provides campaign reporting upon request.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 year experience in email marketing, which includes exposure to enterprise-grade communication platforms like Responsys, Eloqua, Salesforce/ExactTarget, or HubSpot.

Email Marketing Specialist II
Job Summary:
The Email Marketing Specialist II provides proactive reporting on programs and campaigns along with commentary on results vs. past campaigns. Uses Intermediate HTML and CSS skills to heavily rework existing email templates and creates new templates to meet business requirements. Assembles campaign components and builds moderate to high complexity automation programs. The Email Marketing Specialist II assists the Email Marketing Specialist I in working the Trello queue for email and SMS campaigns as needed, while maintaining a concentration that is more project and analytically focused.
Responsibilities:
- Builds and sends email and SMS messages as directed by marketing managers and specialists as needed; assists Email Marketing Specialist I with the development of more complex HTML and CSS.
- Provides proactive campaign reporting and analysis.
- Uses email and SMS campaign expertise to improve existing programs and advises on new program creation.
- Builds, modifies, and troubleshoots automation programs of moderate to high complexity.
- Maintains the email platform; submits help tickets and resolves platform issues as needed.
- Leads communication projects of moderate complexity.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:
The Email Marketing Specialist III provides reporting on programs and campaigns along with commentary on results vs. past campaigns and industry benchmarks and suggests campaign and program improvements. Assembles campaign components and builds complex automation programs. Participates in meetings with business partners to determine comprehensive understanding of business needs. Draws strong conclusions with limited assistance from senior analysts or manager. The Email Marketing Specialist III may assist the Specialists in working the Trello queue for email and SMS campaigns when needed.

- Provides reporting on programs and campaigns along with commentary on results vs. past campaigns and industry benchmarks and suggests campaign and program improvements.
- Assembles campaign components and builds complex automation programs.
- Schedules and participates in meetings with business partners; collaborates to determine comprehensive understanding of business needs.

- Builds new campaigns and programs that improve user experience. Mentors and coaches less experienced team members.

Job Summary:
The Sr Email Marketing Specialist proactively identifies and builds new campaigns and programs that improve member, provider, employer, broker, or sales prospect experience. Provides reporting on programs and campaigns, commentary on results, and suggests improvements. Identifies and improves campaigns that threaten deliverability and improves platform, list health, and productivity. SME for most utilized campaigns and programs with advanced understanding of their daily operation . Proactively identifies and builds new campaigns and programs of varying complexity that elevate user experience. Schedules meetings with business partners. Consistently adds value and provides direction to ensure successful outcomes. Effectively communicates ideas to multiple levels of the organization. Independently draws strong conclusions. The Sr Email Marketing Specialist may assist Specialists in working the Trello queue for email and SMS campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Provides proactive reporting on programs and campaigns, with commentary on results, and suggests improvements.
- Identifies and improves campaigns that threaten deliverability and improves platform, list health, and productivity.
