We are seeking an experienced compensation professional to join our Total Rewards team who possesses expertise in the design and administration of sales incentive plans. This role requires an understanding of sales processes, compensation structures, and motivational techniques to effectively incentivize and reward sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Consults and performs job evaluations for new and revised positions and department reorganizations, including FLSA compliance, market pricing and internal equity review. Maintains associated processes, salary survey budgeting, submissions, and uploading of results, job description library and HRIS job tables and reporting.
  • Administers the annual merit process; recommends merit budgets and salary range movement and models costs.  Develops timelines, job aids and communications; acts as resource to users. Creates executive summaries for discussions/recommendations and ensures pay adjustments are properly posted for all participants.
  • Administers the Annual and Long-Term Incentive Plan processes; creates and maintains participant demographic and award projection reports and provides updates to Finance as needed.  Collaborates with HR, finance, internal and external audit, and communications to ensure proper annual award payment and messaging to participants. 
  • Acts as primary liaison with HRIS and IT to ensure that compensation data needs are met. Recommends and implements processes and solutions for more efficient reporting and operations. 
  • Administers executive and sales incentive compensation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree business administration, finance, human resources, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a Total Rewards Analyst with a strong focus on compensation or equivalent compensation experience which includes base and variable pay programs, HR systems, and general human resources practices.

Professional Certification(s):

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or other industry recognized certification preferred.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of market analysis and pay design methodologies, variable compensation, and equity plans.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance laws including FLSA and other employment related regulations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) skills.
