Geriatrics Advanced Practice Provider – MedStar D.C. Geriatrics / Senior Services House Call Program
We are looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team in Geriatrics and Senior Services at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. This position offers an opportunity to practice home-based primary care with a superb interdisciplinary team that serves underserved and high-need elders in Washington D.C. Our team provides house calls and hospital geriatrics services. We also offer opportunities for teaching internal medicine residents and APP students.
Responsibilities: The main duty is to provide home-based primary care (house calls) for a complex elderly population. Our mission is to provide skilled and compassionate care for elders with serious illness at home and across the continuum. The standard schedule is Monday-Friday, with occasional need for phone on-call coverage. You can be part of a motivated and skilled team of geriatricians, APPs, social workers, RN, and office staff who provide compassionate care for underserved elders in D.C.

USD $115,000.00 - USD $143,619.00 /Yr.
