The Department of Pathology at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is recruiting for a Staff Pathologist.  MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is a 609-bed acute care academic medical center and is part of MedStar Health, serving as a major tertiary care hospital for the metropolitan DC area.

The Pathologist candidate must be Board Certified/Eligible either in both Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology, or just Anatomic Pathology. Experience in Surgical Pathology or a Surgical Pathology Fellowship is required. Subspecialty Fellowship training in an area such as Thoracic, Head and Neck or GYN Pathology is desirable.

The candidate would be part of a thirteen-member group and would provide general surgical pathology services, specialty services and participate in teaching in our pathology residency program.
