General Summary of Position
Plays a leading role in the development and implementation of Clinical Care Transformation initiatives. Assesses, organizes, manages, and evaluates the organization against strategic goals, value-based care cost, regulatory policy, and results/outcomes. Initiatives include clinical improvement interventions, compliance with established and emerging regulatory payment models, unique shared savings programs, and grants that support multiple and diverse transformation partners.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration or relevant field required
- Master's degree preferred
Experience
- 5-7 years Experience in healthcare operations, delivery systems, health insurance, healthcare policy or managed care required
Licenses and Certifications
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI Clinical licensure, Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred

- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to achieve results within an innovative, fast-paced, and complex work environment with an emphasis on integrating multiple work outputs into a unified deliverable and executive narrative.
- Requires superior conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from complex datasets to inform decision-making.
- Requires attention to detail and advanced project management skills to drive results.
- Advanced Microsoft Office/Excel required.
- Tableau experience preferred.
This position has a hiring range of $111,779 - $212,513
