General Summary of Position
Job Summary:
As a Cook, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing patients/customers meals. You will be in charge of providing breakfast, lunch and dinner while following the required portion size, dietary/allergy restrictions, and food safety protocols.
This is a full time opportunity. It is a requirement to work rotating weekends.
Primary Duties:
- · Prepare meals according to recipe.
- · May prepare meals on a “made to order setting”.
- · Works at assigned station each shift.
- · Preparing patient meals, customer meals and any catering orders.
- · Must be able to read and write.
- · Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- · High school diploma or GED preferred.
- · Minimum of 6 months cooking experience required.
