Endocrinologist - MedStar Washington Hospital Center / MedStar Georgetown University Hospital

MedStar Washington Hospital Center and MedStar Georgetown University Hospital's Divisions of Endocrinology and Metabolism are seeking a qualified endocrinologist to join our well-established academic Endocrinology practices in Washington, DC. This position offers you the opportunity to practice with a dedicated and highly trained staff of 14 attending physicians at both sites. They are also home to the outpatient continuity clinics for our combined Endocrinology fellowship training program.
In this setting, the individual selected will:
- have your own panel of patients in our outpatient suites.
- rotate as an attending on the inpatient endocrinology consult service.
- be involved in precepting and teaching of fellows, residents, and students as a faculty member of the Endocrinology training program.
- have the opportunity to engage with the Georgetown University School of Medicine's academic mission, including faculty development programs.
- be connected with and have access to MedStar's robust opportunities for supported scholarly activity.

This position has a hiring range of $193,000 to $273,677
