General Summary of Position
At MedStar Health, we are building the future with our transition to the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management system—AND WE'RE HIRING! Our Information Services division is seeking Epic certified candidates to fill a number of roles including various levels of analyst positions to support this conversion.
We are proud of our coordinated, patient-first approach that utilizes technology to enhance patient access, quality, safety, and clinician/patient experiences to support our ability to deliver market-leading high-quality care.
Our Epic analysts will assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of Epic solutions, including requirements definition, process and use documentation, product testing, product troubleshooting, product upgrades, and report development.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) is required, however an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Epic certification is required.
Additionally, analysts are required to provide on-call support to include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Frequency of rotation will vary depending on need/size of department. Must be willing to carry a cell phone and be available 24/7.

The hiring range, which represents multiple levels of analysts, may be between 77,480 and 152,027, depending on experience. Remote, with occasional travel to Baltimore/Washington area.
