Overview:
This position is responsible for coordination of information, communication and other clerical functions for the Care Management Department providing receptionist functions to assist patients, visitors, co-workers, leadership and hospital staff.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: Two years administrative assistant experience
- Other:
- 1. Ability to work with and preserve confidential information.
- 2. Computer literacy with high skills with Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- 3. Excellent interpersonal, communications and organization skills.
- 4. Ability to deal effectively with diverse groups of people.
- 5. Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner.
