Find your calling at Mercy! This position is responsible for coordination of information, communication and other clerical functions for the Audiology Department. The administrative assistant II will be providing front desk scheduling, registration, and inventory workflow coordination functions that directly support a team of 4 audiologists and their patients. This position also works indirectly with the entire Audiology East Communities team. Preferred candidates are highly motivated, organized, efficient, and exhibit consistency and high levels of accuracy. Position Details:
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Two years administrative assistant experience
Other:
1. Ability to work with and preserve confidential information.
2. Computer literacy with high skills with Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communications and organization skills.
4. Ability to deal effectively with diverse groups of people.
5. Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner.
