Investigates and resolves routine benefit related issues, supports auditing and reporting activities, and assists with the administration of benefit plans and programs. Education & Experience
• Associate's Degree/Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 1- 3 years of related experience in customer service, benefits, or HR operations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration and associated processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate issues and identify process improvements.
• Experience utilizing HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Effective collaboration and customer service skills.
