Outpatient Orthopedic Pediatric Clinic

Monday–Friday | Day Shift
We are seeking a Full-Time Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our outpatient orthopedic pediatric clinic. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about working with pediatric and adolescent patients in a collaborative, physician-led environment. The Athletic Trainer will support orthopedic providers, assist with patient care, and contribute to high-quality clinical operations in a daytime, weekday-only setting.
Schedule- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Day shift (no evenings, weekends, or holidays)
- Assist orthopedic physicians and clinical staff during patient visits and procedures
- Perform patient intake, documentation, and clinical flow coordination
- Apply and remove orthopedic devices (casts, splints, braces, boots, slings)
- Provide patient and family education on injury care, treatment plans, and rehabilitation protocols
- Support post-operative care, brace fitting, and functional assessments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Serve as a clinical liaison between providers, patients, families, and therapy services
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and patient-centered clinic environment
- Comply with all clinic policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training
- Current BOC certification (ATC)
- Eligible for or holding state licensure (as required)
- CPR/AED certification
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and orthopedics preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting
