Find your calling at Mercy! The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients and their families during various health stages. This includes maintaining professional accountability, evaluating the effectiveness of care, coordinating patient care with other departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality. The Clinical Coordinator is cross trained in various clinical areas and may serve in a leadership role directing co-workers, evaluating staffing needs, and acting as a liaison for physicians and families. The role also involves monitoring productivity standards and may require some on-call hours. Position Details:

Education:
- Associate's Degree of Nursing
Experience:
- One year of direct patient care
License:
- Current licensure in state of practice
Certification:
- BLS. Other department certifications may apply.

- Three years of direct patient care
Physical Requirements:
- Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
