Supervises the daily operations of imaging procedures in the Hospital Imaging Services Department and Outpatient Center as well as the activities of personnel involved in providing these services. Under the supervision of the Imaging Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day operations for the deaprtments. Provides feedback to co-workers in the form of performance appraisals. Traveling to various facilities is required as is the ability to cover in the clinical areas as needed. Position Details: CT Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced CT Supervisor to provide leadership, oversight, and clinical expertise within our Imaging Services department. This role requires hands-on CT experience and the ability to lead, support, and develop a high-performing CT team while ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day supervision and support of CT technologists and staff
- Ensure high-quality CT imaging services and adherence to departmental protocols and standards
- Serve as a clinical resource, utilizing advanced CT knowledge and experience
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and competency validation
- Support quality improvement initiatives, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with leadership to address workflow, staffing needs, and performance goals
- Maintain equipment readiness and coordinate troubleshooting as needed
- CT experience required (prior hands-on CT technologist experience is essential)
- ARRT certification in Radiography and CT certification required
- Active state licensure (if applicable)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- Prior supervisory or lead technologist experience in CT
- Experience with quality initiatives, staff development, and performance management

Education
- Successful completion of an accredited Radiology Program required
Experience
- Three to five years of experience in a hospital and/or outpatient imaging setting required
- Prior CT experience required
- Previous Lead Technologist or Supervisor experience strongly preferred
Certifications
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required
- ARRT certification in CT required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Other Requirements
- Must be willing and able to travel to off-site imaging centers as needed
