Description
Find your calling at Mercy! The EAP Clinician provides call-center based services to Mercy and contracted employers, employees, and members of their household. The EAP Clinician also provides call-center-based services for Mercy-contracted student crisis and referral programs. Clinical services include in-the-moment support, crisis intervention/risk assessment, coordination of referrals, consultation with employer leaders, and case monitoring. Position Details:
Education: Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health field.
Experience: Crisis intervention/risk assessment and customer service
Other:
Strong ethical awareness and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Adept computer/technology skills
Preferred Experience:
Experience serving on a call center team
Previous EAP, behavioral health, or healthcare experience
Behavioral health independent license in the applicable state of practice (LPC, LCSW)
Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) credential.
