Overview:

 

The Manager works with the staff to ascertain that care given to patients within the hospital is in accordance with physician's orders and in conformity with JCAHO and Medicare standards and current ODH rules and regulations. This management position is responsible for the appropriate utilization of resources to optimize patient care through delegating and coordinating of care in the Cath Lab and Holding areas. This position integrates patient care services within the hospital's primary functions. Directly supervises professional, technical and clerical staff and the services and programs provided in the patient care area. They promote a positive working environment and motivates staff to perform to the best of their abilities. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. 


Qualifications:

  • Education: Associates Degree required.

  • Licensure: National registration as a Radiology Technician or State licensure as an RN.

  • Experience: Minimum one year Supervisory experience.

  • Certifications: BLS Required.
