This group is powered by a group of 17 physicians and 19 advanced practitioners, as well as an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.

The EP NP is entrusted with diagnosing, managing, and optimizing the treatment of patients with complex cardiac arrhythmias, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions. Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities & Duties
• Hybrid position (Inpatient/Outpatient responsibilities)
• Orders electrophysiology studies and diagnostic tests to evaluate heart rhythm disorders
• Interpret test results and develop treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists
• Provide patient education regarding heart conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
• Monitor and adjust medications for heart rhythm management
• Perform follow-up assessments to ensure the efficacy of treatments and interventions
• Manage emergency situations related to cardiac conditions
• Participate in research activities and clinical trials within the field of electrophysiology
• Document patient care accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrophysiology through continuing education
• Provide pre- and post-procedure care for patients undergoing electrophysiology studies and interventions
