Mercy Clinic in Joplin, MO is seeking a full-time Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join one other CT Surgeon in our busy, well-established practice. Our group is growing with over 200 new patient referrals every month plus ample business available.

Mercy Joplin CT Surgery Program
• 240-bed hospital was built in 2015 and offers state-of-the-art facilities and equipment including hybrid OR and two Davinci robots
• Join our cardiovascular team of 2 experienced surgeons, plus three APP's (who assist in the clinic, inpatient management and consults), 4 interventional, one structural, 2 EP's, and 2 non-invasive cardiologists round out our heart program.
• Strong outreach provided by NPs and PAs means a large catchment area for your patients
• Dedicated CV team in the O.R. including scrubs and first assistant with endo vein harvesting skills.
• 11 OR's with space to add 3 additional OR's (700 sq. ft rooms)
• 50 Pre-op/Post-op rooms
• 5 Anesthesiologists/22 CRNA's (including 4 dedicated CV CRNA's)
• 4 Endoscopy suites
• 2 Cath Labs
• EP Lab
• PV Lab
• PACU
• 2 Da Vinci Robots

This position offers
• Integrated health system with a competitive compensation model
• 2 year guarantee of $875K then ongoing floor of $875K .
