Mercy Clinic in Pittsburg, Kansas is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving, well-established outpatient practice in Southeast Kansas. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with the support of a large, integrated health system.
Practice Highlights
- 100% Outpatient – No inpatient responsibilities
- Flexible Schedule – Option for 4-day work week, no weekends
- Minimal Call – Average of 1 after-hours call every 3 months, supported by Mercy On-Call
- Established Team – 1 experienced physician, 1 APP, RN, MA, and full office support staff
- Modern Facility – Beautiful clinic built in 2015, on-site lab, hospital nearby for imaging
- Technology – System-wide EPIC EHR and DAX (Dragon Ambient Experience) provided
- Teaching Opportunities – Medical student education available

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive, Value-Based Package
- Guaranteed Salary – $300,000 for 2 years
