Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in an HR support or generalist role.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with professional interaction across all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills.
  • Customer service mindset with a focus on seamless support.
  • Problem-solving abilities to resolve issues quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HR systems preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data.
