Find your calling at Mercy! The Supervisor - Revenue Integrity Specialty oversees and leads all revenue cycle related areas associated with the specialty department. This role provides direct supervision to the any other specialty department positions within Revenue Integrity and is responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), driving innovation and optimization in workflows, and implementing strategic initiatives as communicated by senior leadership. The manager collaborates closely with clinical and operational leaders in the specialty department to ensure accurate billing, coding, regulatory compliance, and overall revenue cycle integrity. Position Details:
**Required: **
- Bachelor's degree in health information management, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related specialty field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, ideally with at least 2 years in specialty department.
- Experience with Epic SBO and specialty department systems ((i.e.: Mosaiq, Aria, Raystation, etc. in Radiation Oncology. Demonstrated experience in team leadership and KPI monitoring.
**Preferred: **
- Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), CCDS, or CDIP.
- Experience in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
- Participation in audit, denial resolution, or compliance initiatives related to radiation oncology.
Current coding certification (CPC, COC, ROCC, RHIT, CCS, or equivalent).
