Find your calling at Mercy! Serves the Mercy Health System by conducting end-user training for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) System. Ensures Mercy values are reflected in all aspects of the departments operations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details: Minimum Required Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED Licensure: Experience: For those without a Bachelors Degree, requires 4-5 years of related experience. For those with a Bachelors Degree, requires 1-2 years related work experience in training and development. Certification/Registration: Achievement of TDO Presentation Skills and Epic Credentialed status within six weeks of employment. Meet all ongoing requirements to maintain credentialed status. Other skills & knowledge: (skills, knowledge, abilities) Superior goals accomplishment skills. Demonstrated facilitation/training skills. Ability to manage conflict in a variety of situations. Effective leadership skills and strong customer service orientation. Superior organizational and people management skills. Ability to work well with diverse groups. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel within the region assigned for training. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience plus college course work in related field.
