Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team in Cherry Valley, Illinois. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high quality personalized care to a variety of patients.

Opportunity:
- Join a well-established practice in collaboration with an experienced physician
- Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) and 1 Saturday per month schedule. Great for work-life balance!
- Newborn to geriatric patient population
- Onsite Laboratory, and Radiology Services
- Ability to grow your own patient panel while also supporting physician practice
- System-wide EPIC
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Graduate of an accredited masters/doctoral nursing program.
- Meets the requirements determined by the State of Wisconsin or Illinois to perform duties defined as those of a Nurse Practitioner.
- Current IL RN license
- Current IL APNP license
- Current IL DEA number
- Other certifications as required
- Primary Care NP experience preferred
- Primary Care nursing experience preferred
