School-Based Therapist – Free Weekly Licensure Supervision

LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT & Associates (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA)
Location: North Wilkesboro, NC (Wilkes County)

• Free weekly clinical supervision toward full licensure for associate-level clinicians, at no out-of-pocket cost
• Associate Clinician (LCMHCA, LCSWA, LMFTA): starting at $50,000
• Licensed Clinician (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT): starting at $55,000
• Bonus eligible, with salary commensurate with education and experience
• School-based role with a school-year schedule

Associate-level clinicians, this one's for you. Paying for supervision toward full licensure can cost thousands of dollars. At The Stepping Stones Group, it's included. You'll help students work through their emotions, overcome challenges and thrive in school. You'll partner with teachers and parents to find out what's blocking a child's success, and you'll build support for real students facing real challenges. Your clinical skill and warmth will change how students see themselves and how school communities approach mental wellness.

• Support student well-being: individual and group counseling for emotional, behavioral and social challenges
• Build collaborative partnerships: work with educators, parents and administrators to support student success
• Design tailored programs: create meaningful, evidence-based support for diverse student needs
• Champion inclusion and belonging: promote a positive school climate where every student feels seen and supported

• A current NC license: LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT, or an associate license (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA). Associates are strongly encouraged to apply, since supervision is on us.
• A master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy or a related field
• School-based mental health experience preferred, not required
