- Follow individualized care plans and document care activities accurately.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a caregiving or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic nature and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility and transfer of clients.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
