About the RoleWe're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales (DOS) to lead the sales operations at Sabine Place. You'll be the key driver in turning leads into residents, growing occupancy, and helping families find a true sense of home.
Key Responsibilities- Drive occupancy by converting leads through calls, tours, events, and follow-ups
- Build relationships with prospects and referral partners
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and marketing team to meet community goals
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
- Plan and execute sales events and outreach campaigns
- Manage CRM records, reporting, and move-in coordination
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of senior living or sales experience
- Strong communication, closing, and CRM skills
- Passion for helping seniors and their families
