Shift/Hours/Location: Monday-Friday, 8am-1pm, onsite, Moses Lake, WA (Please note, because this is a temporary/part time position we would not offer the following benefits: compensation, medical, vision, and dental insurance benefits)

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

  • Facilities Administration Support.
  • Maintain all manuals within Facilities SharePoint page.
  • Create shipping request and prep items for shipment within Facilities department.
  • Manage program administration. 
  • Support for monthly torque wrench calibration.
  • Review and maintain MPA work orders and upload into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Review decon travelers or any other supporting documents for accuracy before uploading into CMMS.
  • Review and maintain equipment pre-use/shift and rigging equipment checklist records plant-wide.
  • CMMS document change notice forms support. 
  • Serve as support for creating CMMS Work Order Waivers, Out of Calibration forms and Calibration Waivers as needed for MPA work orders.
  • Maintain Facilities Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory.
  • Maintain record keeping of O-ring check out logs.
  • Serve as a backup for weekly water samples.
  • Pull and submit samples to the Laboratory departments.
  • Serve as a backup for particle testing.
  • Perform Air Particle Testing.
  • Perform HEPA Velocity Testing.
  • Perform Pressure Differential Testing.
  • Keep up-to-date technically and apply new knowledge applicable to the job.  Show a willingness to update skills/knowledge corresponding to new technologies and practices.
  • Performs other related duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.      
  • Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
  • Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
    • Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously in order to meet established deadlines.
    • Work as a team and/or independently.
    • Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
    • Maintain personal schedule in an organized manner.
    • Communicate tasks with team members/supervisor.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $20-$24/hour

WORKING CONDITIONS

Duties are generally performed indoors in an office and high purity manufacturing environment.  The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. When working in the presence of safety hazards, the employee is expected to follow company safety rules and use proper personal protective equipment such as: hardhat, safety glasses and full leather shoes, etc. Employees will work in a covered Process Safety Management (PSM) environment containing threshold quantities of flammable liquids and/or gasses that have a potential for fire or explosion. Employees working in this environment are required to be free from devices that are not considered intrinsically safe. Examples of devices that may not be intrinsically safe include Insulin Pumps, Pacemakers, Pain Management devices, etc.
