The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking full-time Internal Medicine Physicians to join multi-specialty practice in Long Island and Queens, NY!

Mount Sinai seeks a Primary Care Physician to provide primary and preventive care within our interdisciplinary Institute for Advanced Medicine. In addition to providing excellent, convenient and innovative care, the physician will collaborate on health care delivery to create an exceptional patient experience. The focus will be on providing the best patient care and experience possible.The physician will provide comprehensive primary care and prevention services to LGBTQ patients at Mount Sinai, with a focus on HIV prevention and care.

Mount Sinai Queens Family Health: the board certified physicians at Family Health are dedicated to the long-term health and well-being of our neighbors. The medical practice, comprised of primary care physicians and specialists, delivers comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses all of a patient's health care needs. We offer a wide range of services for the entire family, including gynecology and midwifery, and pediatrics. In addition to treating sick patients, our doctors focus on preventive medicine, conducting thorough annual physicals and routine screenings to ensure the ongoing health of our patients.

MSD Long Island: Joining this multi-specialty group with its main site in a brand new, state-of-the-art, 80,000 square foot ambulatory facility in Huntington, will allow the physician to rapidly grow a practice by servicing a large and diverse patient population in Huntington and other nearby Mount Sinai Doctor sites. Long Island is full of beautiful communities with excellent school districts, art museums, restaurants, and concert venues. Additionally, Manhattan is only a short drive or train ride away. Mount Sinai Doctors Long Island offers comprehensive care through its sites and is comprised of 77 physicians representing almost every medical and surgical specialty. Additionally, this site has a full imaging center, state-of-the-art accredited office endoscopy center, and on-site Laboratory, as well as a comprehensive support team, including RN's and MA's. Mount Sinai Doctors Long Island also seeks an Internal Medicine Physician to provide same day/immediate care for existing patients.

MSD Five Towns: Mount Sinai Doctors Five Towns is a multispecialty group practice located in the town of Hewlett on the South Shore of Long Island. They offer adult primary care, and a variety of specialties including endocrinology, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics and adolescent medicine and pulmonary medicine. Radiology services are on site. In addition, a team from Mount Sinai's Recanati/Miller Transplantation Institute visits regularly to care for patients with liver, kidney, pancreas and intestinal conditions that may require transplant. Mount Sinai Doctors Five Towns offers comprehensive care which consist of highly-trained physicians as well as skilled nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, and patient care associates. This practice provides local and convenient access to the specialists, services, and quality care that the Mount Sinai network has to offer. Our providers work together in an integrated approach to efficiently understand the full picture of a patient's care.

Position Qualifications:
• Medical Degree from an Accredited University
• New York Medical License
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine

• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
• A system work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance driven health system

Compensation range from 225K to 275K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
