NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Business Applications Coordinator based in our Daytona Beach, Florida office.

The Business Applications Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting and optimizing NASCAR's enterprise business applications. This position will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, assisting users with technical issues, managing software updates, and working closely with IT and business stakeholders to enhance application performance. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, experience with enterprise applications, and a passion for motorsports technology. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide first-line support for enterprise business applications, addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues. 

  • Assist in the implementation, testing, and deployment of new software applications and system updates. 

  • Work collaboratively with internal departments (Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations) to understand their business needs and ensure applications meet their requirements. 

  • Maintain application documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations. 

  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to support integrations between business applications and other NASCAR technology systems. 

  • Conduct training sessions and create instructional materials to enhance user adoption and efficiency. 

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend improvements and optimizations. 

Required skills / experience:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong project management skills. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 

  • 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other corporate systems). 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms is a plus. 

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. 

  • Experience with SQL queries, data analysis, or reporting tools (Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau) is preferred. 

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across different teams. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
