We are looking for a skilled, detail oriented, Registered Nurse with leadership experience to serve as an Administrative Nurse/House Supervisor. In this role you will be an integral part of our Behavioral Health Division and provide critical oversight and support for nursing services at Lincoln Regional Center, a state psychiatric hospital for adult patients with mental illness.

As an Administrative Nurse/House Supervisor you will:
  • Collect, review, and analyze clinical care performance improvement data to identify performance gaps.
  • Consult with Nursing Director or other clinical staff to identify factors and appropriate strategies to resolve performance gap.
  • Support the risk management process for the agency facilities though surveillance, audits, records, reviews, drills competency testing and communications. Perform administration duties to determine staff training needs based on work and/or department performance deficiency or directed program change.
  • Directly supervise Registered Nurses, and/or Licensed Practical Nurses on assigned shift and/or may supervise direct care professionals.
  • Coordinate staff and hospital needs campus wide.
  • Coach and support newer teammates as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a Registered nurse in Nebraska and one year of relevant experience.

Pay Rate: $36.278/hour - $54.417/hour. Pay rate may be commensurate with education and/or experience within fiscal constraints, if approved. Plus additional $3/hour facility differential pay.

Work Schedule: 2nd shift, 10-hour shifts, rotating weekends
