This position is a hybrid role (3x per week onsite) that will be based at our headquarters in Fremont, California.

The Engineering Program Manager will report to the Director of Program Management.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do…

  • Work with the product development department to plan and build program plans to accurately forecast program timeline, resources, and budget
  • Drive product development program schedules for interconnected programs involving cross functional activities
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and milestones
  • Manage stakeholders to deliver programs with set deliverables and timelines
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks for program completion
  • Utilize business systems to communicate status, risks, and milestones regularly

Here is some of what you'll need (required)…

  • Proven 3+ experience in product development of High Power Electronics
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical team members
  • Desire to make decisions based on inputs and expertise from cross-functional teams.
  • Technical background in product development and R&D for mechanical and/or electrical systems.

  • Technical background in product development and R&D for power electronics.
  • Expertise in Jira and Confluence with ability to learn new software/tools with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and green technology.
  • Financial planning and analysis.

Pay Range (Applicable to California): $160,000-$185,000
