The Logistics Analyst will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Logistics Manager. As a Domestic Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the country. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with various teams, suppliers, and transporters to facilitate timely and efficient cargo movement.

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

Coordinating with Project Manager and Delivery Manager:

• Collaborate closely with project and delivery managers to understand logistics requirements.
• Ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.

Supplier Readiness:

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure cargo readiness.
• Verify that goods are prepared for transportation according to specifications.

Transporter and Freight Forwarder Communication:

• Communicate with transporters and freight forwarders to deploy trucks.
• Monitor truck availability and scheduling.

Truck Deployment and Cargo Loading:

• Ensure timely deployment of trucks.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure efficient loading of cargo onto trucks.

Packing List Management:

• Track and manage packing lists in coordination with suppliers.
• Verify accuracy and completeness.

Finance Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with the finance team to handle tax invoices related to logistics.
• Ensure compliance with financial processes.

E-way Bill and Packing List Generation:

• Generate E-way bills and packing lists as required.
• Maintain accurate records.

Daily Transporter Follow-up:

• Regularly communicate with transporters to track trucks in transit.
• Address any issues promptly.

Shipping Document Sharing:

• Share shipment documents (such as Tax Invoice, E-way Bill, Packing Lists) with customers once trucks depart from the supplier's factory.
• Ensure timely communication.

Project Site Coordination:

• Coordinate with the project site team to track truck arrivals.
• Facilitate smooth unloading and delivery.

Proof of Delivery (POD) Collection:

• Obtain proof of delivery from the project site.
• Validate successful cargo delivery.

Monthly Reporting:

• Maintain a Daily Status Report (DSR) or monthly logistics report.
• Share relevant information with project managers.

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

• Bachelor's Degree with (4-6) years of experience in domestic/import logistics operations.
• Experience working in a manufacturing background.
• Intermediate to advance excel skills.
