Pay Range: Base $25,000 annually + Commission (highly motivated Sales Reps can earn around $75,000 in first year)
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
As NFM's Builder Sales Rep you will work with builders, architects, associations, property management and various other large facilities to sell and meet all of their product needs.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
- Compile: Collect lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources
- Demonstrate: Display product, using samples or catalogs, to present features and benefits
- Prepare: Quote prices and credit terms as well as preparing sales contracts for orders obtained
- Develop: Build rapport with customers and prospective customers
- Support: Work the sales floor when requested. Maintaining the sales floor in a professional manner
- Coordinate: Manage orders, deliveries and communication with internal and external customers

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3 years outside sales experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and specification books within 3-6 months on the job.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Data entry skills per established department requirements
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
