Hybrid Schedule - Omaha    Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle As NFM's GM of Vendor Relations, you will drive compliance excellence by building standardized procedures and leading high‑impact projects that elevate vendor performance, strengthen partnerships, and streamline operations.   Job Duties: A Day in the Life Develop and Implement EDI optimization and/or identify and implement another VMS tool Manage Develop KPI's for our vendors, communicate and educate using a Vendor Scorecard methodology Provide Streamline vendor set up and on-boarding program. Customize for key strategic vendors Identify and understand Vendor Compliance issues and trends at NFM Collaborate Partner with operations, supply planning, and merchandising to reduce non-compliant vendor issues   Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.   Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, related field or equivalent experience 6 years' experience in supply chain, vendor relations similar role Experience with vendor assessment and management Experience in creating and driving efficient process at scale Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications, EDI, JDA Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and criminal background check
