Pay Range: $70,066-106,851.00 annually     Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle   NFM's I.T. Support Manager leads the local planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT services supporting the assigned location, serving all IT users and managing 10,000+ units. While partnering closely with the IT division for enterprise-level initiatives, infrastructure standards and major implementations, oversee on-site execution of IT infrastructure projects including new store construction, remodels, and site expansion along with daily operations, vendor coordination, budgeting, and helpdesk service delivery. This position oversees the onsite Tier 2 support team responsible for bridging frontline (Tier 1) and engineering/escalation (Tier 3) support.   Job Duties: A Day in the Life   Play your Part: Lead complex IT initiatives and deployments while adapting to shifting business needs, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with organizational priorities Be the Expert: Act as a key IT voice in leadership discussions, delivering clear, professional updates and presentations to senior and executive audiences, including other site leadership as well as other internal partners Unravel: Develop and manage operational and capital budgets for IT equipment, tools, and services needed for ongoing store operations Collaborate: Lead the full IT lifecycle for new store launches, including infrastructure planning with corporate IT teams, equipment deployment, asset management, and service readiness Support: Coordinate phased deployments as needed across warehouses, data centers, and retail spaces Manage: Oversee configuration, installation, and validation of all IT equipment (e.g., desktops/laptops, POS systems, EMVs, kiosks, wireless/cell phones, security systems, paging/audio systems etc.)   Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.   Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?   Bachelor's degree with area of specialization in management, information systems or PC/computer diagnosis and repair 6 years' experience in IT infrastructure and operations, preferably in large-scale enterprise or multi-site environments Comp TIA A+ or related certification required CCNA, A+ required Lead or Supervisor experience preferred Demonstrated leadership in managing Tier 2 support functions and coordinating effectively with Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams Proven track record in executing IT infrastructure projects, including new store builds, remodels, and large-scale deployments Leads with a team-first mindset, focusing on coaching, development, and removing obstacles to support individual and team success Deep understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and asset management processes (ITAM) platforms such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, and Lansweeper Strong vendor and contractor management skills, including procurement, service agreements, and onsite coordination Experience developing and managing operational and capital budgets for IT services and equipment Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across a wide range of hardware and software platforms Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments including construction, facilities, store leadership, and line staff Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Strong customer service skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business need Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
