Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

 

NFM's Solution Center Analyst I will provide customer support on hardware and software problems and complete application maintenance/enhancements analysis, testing, implementation and support. Our Solution Center is relied upon to keep our world class facilities operating.

 

 

This is a remote position requiring the candidate to reside in one of the following states: NE, IA, MO, KS or TX.

 

 

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

 

  • ManageProvides 1st level support in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner for one or multiple NFM based technologies
  • AnalyzeUnderstand customer needs in order to find the right solution responding quickly and appropriately
  • Monitor System alerts and respond to alerts as outlines in respective standard operating procedure (SOP)
  • Play Your PartConduct QA evaluations on phone etiquette and process for Solution Center Analysts following specified guidelines within timelines established
  • CollaborateDispatches problems to Tier 2 support as necessary.  Provide detailed information to next level of support on customer and problem, steps already taken to resolve and priority of issue

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience
    • Equivalent experience: 2 years of prior help desk experience or 3 years NFM experience that included being active in problem solving, process improvement, training, IT User Representative for the work area that the team is responsible for
  • Experience with ServiceNow incident ticketing preferred
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues utilizing own skills and/or with the help of knowledge base articles.
  • Basic understanding of computer technology
  • Basic problem-solving ability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
