
Description
At NorthBay Health the Painter patches, finishes and paints interior and exteriors of Medical Office Buildings (MOB). Applies wall coverings, cover base and molding inside all MOB's as needed across all NBH campus. The painter will receive clear instructions from the Facilities Manager and work order requests will be issued. The painter will provide status updates to ensure the work has been completed, workorder updated and closed in a timely manner. The customer will provide an update and customer satisfactory score once completed. Standards for The Joint Commission (TJC), California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Patient Safety, Infection Control, Fire/Life Safety, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ's) and NorthBay Health will be met or exceeded.

Qualifications
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Three years as a commercial painter.
- Skills: Must possess basic mechanical and computer skills

- Hours: Varies according to business need.
- Compensation: $35.47 - $43.02 based on experience in the role.
