We are seeking a candidate who supports the lifecycle activities of IT hardware and software inventory, including financial and contractual tasks that contribute to decision-making, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation. We are looking for someone who assists with asset lifecycle management processes across IT and Finance. We are hiring an individual who supervises the team responsible for maintaining the availability of services connected to IT Business Services, such as IT Asset Management (ITAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity operations. We are looking for a professional who coordinates and contributes to IT Business Services projects, aimed at improving and updating the ServiceNow platform and associated systems. We are seeking someone who monitors ServiceNow performance, scalability, and capacity to ensure alignment with business needs and to support evolving ITSM, ITOM, and automation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manages daily operations of the Enterprise Operation Services team, including goal setting, feedback, performance issues, employee relations, and staff development.
Leads strategic growth of the ServiceNow platform by expanding beyond ITSM, automating IT processes, integrating enterprise systems, and delivering scalable cross-functional solutions.
Oversees ServiceNow Discovery and Asset Management to ensure accurate asset tracking, enforce data validation, and maintain complete CMDB lifecycle records. Guides reliable data collection and alignment with operational needs.
Provides leadership in automating IT service continuity within ServiceNow to support Business Continuity, aligning with ISO 27031 through standardized DR workflows, recovery automation, and improved testing cadence. Serves on the Disaster Recovery Steering Committee.
Supports MSP relationship management (e.g., CDW), including contracts for M365, Mainframe, and Database services. Participates in vendor transitions, RACI alignment, integration monitoring, and risk mitigation.
Coordinates lifecycle and budget tracking for enterprise software licensing.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Formal Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
8+ years in IT product management, including 3+ years leading ServiceNow with expertise in implementations, CMDB architecture, and ITOM automation (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, AIOps).
6+ years as a business or product manager on complex, multi-unit tech initiatives, including RFI/RFP processes and service contracts.
Experience implementing policies and procedures within corporate governance frameworks.
3+ years managing and optimizing ITAM and CMDB in ServiceNow.
3+ years managing teams or leading large cross-departmental projects.
2+ years with Microsoft EA and SCE licensing (M365, SQL)
Essential Physical Requirements
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading.
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
