Reports to the Center Director. Responsible for the planning, implementation and coordination of an aggressive data integrity program. Will trust and verify information/data and subsequent reports. Work with Senior Management Team to assure compliance and accuracy to decrease liquidated damages and improvement in quality of student programming.
Annual Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provides data integrity and audit guidance in preparation for OIG and Regional audits to protect the company from liquidated damages.
- Responsible for OIG and Regional Office Appeal Process and Response
- Will conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits of DI Reports from Data Integrity Team including spot checks of:
- Daily morning reports
- Daily UA reports and backup case notes
- Daily separations and data integrity of separations
- Enrollment of new students and status of OBS
- Monitor I Auditor for Tool Accountability
- OA Arrival vs. Contract
- Income Eligibility
- New arrival HSD status – diplomas/transcripts
- PAR compliance
- E-TAR performance updated weekly
- Attendance including daily class attendance and leaves, class passes
- CTT Completions and Credentials
- Academic Credentials – HSD obtainment – documentation and dates
- TABE Tickets and Supporting Documentation
- Driver's Licenses/permit obtainment
- Review I Auditor Quality Walks
- Dormitory
- Education Training
- Grounds
- Cafeteria
- Health & Wellness
- Recreation
- Attend Shift Exchange and Triad twice a week
- Review monthly audits reports from Center Managers including:
- Case Notes – Center, Attendance, Well-being, OA and CTS
- OMS20P – to assure credits and documentation align
- ETAR Updates
- Evaluation History
- Clothing and Student Pay Audit
- Pending Incident Reports
- Review phase System compliance
- Audit SIRs monthly to ensure timeliness
- Review Safety Meeting Minutes
- SGA Committee Meeting Minutes and Subcommittee
- Audit of CTS Case notes in comparison to the MPO 30
- Review of DI Team Reports and provided feedback to Corporate and Center to correct including providing staff training to assure compliance.
- Keeping abreast of all PRH changes and ensuring that center staff update COPs in accordance with the PRH Changes.
- Provide training to center staff as requested.
- Coordinate and maintain established data integrity procedures, processes, and policies. Maintain solid, communicative, and consistent working relationships with Center and Corporate Staff.
- Develop and maintain a desk reference for Data Compliance for centers' department heads and a desk reference guide for the Student Support Managers/Data Gate Keepers.
- Attend Corporate/Job Corps Webinars/Calls/Summits and share new methodologies and policies and procedures with Center and Corporate management staff and assure that appropriate staff are attending and participating.
- Clearly communicate and consistently model appropriate employability skills, including personal responsibility and computer fluency.
- Maintain accountability of property and adhere to safety practices.
- Schedule and assign unannounced audits to assure compliance, date integrity and quality of service.
- In depth understanding of CIS data entry and the reports as well as the PRH.
- Clearly communicate and consistently model appropriate employability skills including personal responsibility and computer fluency.
- Work closely with the Center Director in oversight of the Data integrity Program.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:- Bachelor's degree and three (5) years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of existing federal, state, and local government legislation governing hiring of employees.
- Attention to detail, strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to professionally interact with employees, employers, and program participants.
- Computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Office and database applications, and better than average keyboarding skills.
- A valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record in state of employment.
