Job Skills / Requirements Position: Full-Time Chart Courier
Site: Providence Care Hospital - 752 King St W
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 0700-1500
Payrate: $18.25/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform drop-offs/pick-ups between Kingston hospitals and off-site buildings in and around Kingston
• Documentation on courier runs; detailed report writing/note taking
• Deliver inter-departmental mail and confidential documents
• Provide above-average customer service to all contacts
• Responsible for reporting required vehicle maintenance/care for actioning
• Perform staff relocation requests as per your Supervisor/CSM
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license - Level G (or equivalent)
• Clean driver's abstract
• Proficient in English (both oral and written) communication
• A copy of your immunization records (Measles, Mumps, Rubella [MMR], Varicella, and TB Skin Tests - Step 1 & 2)

• Proof of COVID-19 double vaccination
• Able to be clean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test
