Job Skills / Requirements Monitor Parking Booth: Remain stationed in a designated booth to oversee parking operations and ensure area security. Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with parking inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Payment Handling: Accept payments from customers using cash or electronic payment methods; accurately calculate charges and issue receipts. Provide Change and Receipts: Ensure customers receive correct change and proper receipts for all transactions. Report Incidents: Document and report any suspicious activities, accidents, or security concerns to supervisors promptly. Maintain Booth and Area Cleanliness: Keep the booth organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies. Assist with Traffic Flow: Direct vehicles as needed to avoid congestion and ensure a smooth flow in and out of the parking area. Adhere to Security Protocols: Follow all security and safety procedures to ensure the safety of customers and the premises. Education Requirements (Any)
