Joining our Atlantic Operations team, Schedulers are responsible for monitoring and actioning all employee and client schedules. Schedulers will be responsible to generate a call list and open shift list to fulfil the coverage requirements and communicate with the respective groups, clients, site leaderships in the Atlantic region. Hours:
Must be available days, evenings, weekends, and overnight.
Duties and Responsibilities
- One of the primary duties will be making outgoing calls to contact off duty employees actively to provide schedule for them
- Schedulers are responsible to record and keep a track of their statistics and ensure that all the casual employees are actively working.
- Maintain all the inactive employees and employees' availabilities
- Schedulers must understand the full compliance requirement and priority coverages for each site
Qualifications
- Fluent in English to be able to give adequate, clear, and concise directions
- Confident and capable of remaining composed under pressure of emergency situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work under team setting
- Must be able to demonstrate high customer service skills
- Scheduling and security experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
High School Diploma/GED
