Overview Job Skills / Requirements

- Responsible for scheduling and training of staff on site.

-Ensure staff is attired professionally and in a manner consistent with Paladin's policies on dress and deportment.

- Carry out daily duties which are (but not limited to); checking emails and answering any pressing issues, identifying security and safety issues, dispatching site Security Agents, discussing events that may have happened with previous shifts, conferring with CSM or client for daily or upcoming matters, meeting with outgoing and oncoming shifts for personal or site discussions, ensuring daily paperwork has been completed.

- Daily paperwork including sign in sheets, ensuring overtime has been checked and authorized and that incident reports are documented and written properly.

- Ensure that the orientation checklist and required courses have been completed by all staff. Courses must be booked by the Site Supervisor and copied to the CSM for auditing purposes.

- Regularly audit to make sure that all security reports are entered in a timely manner and that they are consistent with client and Paladin expectations.

- Complete employee evaluations in a timely manner

- Forward accolades and/or disciplinary forms to the proper management personnel.

-Ensure vacation requests are submitted in a timely manner, ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts that would incur overtime.

- Respond to emergencies and take command of the situations, liaising with local authorities as required.

- Ensure the staff has read and understood Paladin's Occupational Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and repot any infractions or accidents that occur on site.

- Report and confer with the CSM on a regular basis, encourage a strong team, and have an open door policy for the site. Any deficiencies or site issues will be reported via email immediately so that a proper paper record is created.

- Any after-hours calls made to the Site Supervisor will be recorded for follow up by the site's management the following business day.

- Site Supervisors dealing with disciplinary issues will have a witness present and have paperwork completed for any actions taken

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma/GED

Certification Requirements (All)

First Aid, CPR Level C
