Responsibilities + Duties:
- Welcome guests in with a warm welcome and uncommon hospitality that creates a memorable experience.
- Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails.
- Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up.
- Support quick table turns through bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift.
- Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist with (e.g., floors, muck station, service alley,parking lot etc) - Create a fun environment with a positive attitude and willingness to help the team.
- Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties.
- Run food and drinks to guests' tables and offer refills and to-go supplies whenever needed.
- Help teammates out wherever possible.
- Learn something new ever.
Qualifications + Skills:
- Fun and friendly
- Courteous and professional with guests and coworkers
- Coachable with ability to apply feedback
- Strong communicator and active listener
- Able to work nights and weekends
- 21 years or older, with beer and alcohol pouring expereince
- TAM Card previous to starting
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Busser Pay Range: $ 11.25 - 14.25 / Hour
