
Description
The Regional Learning Executive is responsible for leading trainings related to sales enablement technologies, sales strategy, and technical system overviews. Regional Learning Executives are also responsible for managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Manager of Sales Learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the execution of new hire sales development programs on a monthly basis
- Lead trainings and host events as requested across all levels of sales development, from internship programs through new manager trainings, in addition to leadership development programs
- Effectively communicate with new hires, sales reps, and sales managers
- Lead event programming for Executive Sales Representatives and Secondary School
- Create, rollout, and manage sales LMS courses & resources
- Track and measure the effectiveness of assigned learning programs through surveys on an ad-hoc basis, as well as weekly and monthly reporting
- Create and maintain Sales Training content across all assigned enablement platforms
- Conduct needs analysis within the assigned region(s) or division(s) to determine knowledge gaps and additional training needs
- Facilitate designated strategy sessions for Sales Representatives on a weekly basis
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
- 6+ months of Paycom B2B sales experience in the field with proven track record of sales success
- Advanced product knowledge in all modules of Paycom
- Operating knowledge of sales enablement tools
- Proficiency in sales skills, executive presence and persuasion
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the year to attend in-person programs and events
- Ability to work in a results-oriented, rapidly changing environment that requires collaboration across multiple departments and levels of management
- Ability to masterfully manage details with strong emphasis on time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to think strategically and effectively manage multiple projects at a time with a high degree of creativity
- Advanced written and oral communication and presentation skills

Experience:
