Position Summary:

The Project Manager will provide continued system enhancements and reporting as well as all ad hoc requests from team members. A dedicated manager who understands various sources of data, can synthesize them and propose thoughtful processes and system changes will drive better results for the organization.

The Project Manager must also become a subject matter expert on Penske's Contract Administration processes. Also, gain knowledge about Customer Onboarding strategy and key Penske billing processes.

This role will help create controllership and compliance around Contract Admin.

Major Responsibilities:

• Conceiving, analyze, design, test and deploy projects

• Refining processes for key departmental projects/processes

• Identifying and recommending new technologies to support the on-going transformation of Contract Admin, Customer On-boarding & Commission Admin

• Report out to leadership with recommendations.

• Becoming efficient and the expert for Salesforce & Qlik

• Able to handle analytical data requests

• Lead key department projects and process improvement initiatives (Salesforce & Qlik enhancements, Account audits, Quality checks for accuracy) including organization & testing

• Independently identify operational metrics and other potential solutions and systems that could benefit the organization. Document new solutions.

• Conduct report outs for leadership based on key data points. Provide recommendations and collaborate with process owners.

• Adhoc data requests for Contract Administration, Customer On-boarding, and Commission Admin

• Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business and / or related fields required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in successfully managing projects and Data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Penske systems (AS400, etc.) and Microsoft products
  • Expert with MS applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge of Penske brand & field structure
  • Ability to foster strong relationships, especially within Finance and Sales
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to clearly present to senior personnel within/outside the company.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
