Position Summary:
Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking (where applicable), audit of driver logs and trip reports, log and driver file DOT requirements tracking. Liaison for internal customer support. Track all return goods as directed by the customer for close out of returns from the private fleet.

Work Schedule:
1st Shift 4:00am - 2:30pm (job is complete)Wednesday - Saturday, with overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Major Responsibilities:
-Responsible for completing physical inventories, random audits and reconciliations
-Track and report non-conforming product
-Perform full audits on picked pallet for Focus and New Stores
-Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner
-Research and reconcile product discrepancies/variances of over/under amounts and damaged products
-Work with warehouse personnel to ensure proper rotation and location of all inventory
-Conduct searches in order to locate misclassified inventory
-Maintain product identification and location program
-Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them)
Qualifications:
• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
• Flexible to work overtime preferred
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
