Clinical Support Associate – Moreland Family Medicine
Location: Waukesha, WI 
FTE: 1.0 (Full Time, Benefits Eligible)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Begin your story at ProHealth Care's Moreland Family Medicine clinic, where our team provides personalized, full-spectrum care to patients of all ages. We're looking for a dedicated Clinical Support Associate (CSA) to support a busy, collaborative team of providers and help ensure a smooth, compassionate care experience for every patient.

What You'll Do:

As a CSA, you'll be a vital member of the care team, supporting both the clinical and administrative needs of the practice:

  • Greet and room patients, perform intake assessments, and prep patients for provider exams

  • Administer injections and immunizations, perform EKGs and other clinical procedures as needed

  • Assist with point-of-care testing and specimen collection

  • Respond to patient messages, refill requests, and documentation within the electronic medical record (Epic)

  • Support scheduling, prior authorizations, and follow-up care coordination as needed

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or active LPN license in the state of WI or EMT or Experience

  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

  • Prior experience in family medicine or a primary care clinic preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with patients of all ages
