- Lead Innovation: Oversee provider network strategy, payer contract negotiations, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Drive Value-Based Care: Manage the Population Health Services Organization, ensuring high performance in value-based agreements.
- Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and provide leadership across departments and external partners like Optum Analytics.
- Impact Communities: Support market expansion and improve access to high-quality care through strategic payer and provider partnerships.
- Direct all aspects of payer contract negotiations, including reimbursement analysis and shared savings agreements.
- Lead the ProHealth Solutions ACO and develop strategies to improve value-based performance.
- Oversee analytics to support clinical and financial outcomes for contracts.
- Manage budgeting and financial analysis for ProHealth Solutions and Managed Care departments.
- Collaborate with the Chief Administrative Officer to develop and implement the provider network strategy.
- Drive regulatory compliance and lead initiatives related to CMS rulings and other key regulations.
- This role offers flexibility for remote work, with the expectation of occasional in-person attendance for specific needs or events, which will be rare and communicated in advance.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an accomplished professional with:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of provider networks and contracting experience, with 7+ years in leadership.
- Skills: Expertise in managed care, analytics, value-based care, and financial modeling. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
